The end of year celebrations have kicked into overdrive with celebrations for our clients, the PRIA end of year drinks, a 12.12.12 event at Melbourne Olympic Park and a couple of catch ups thrown in for good measure.
The end of year celebrations kicked off with a wonderful event for our client veski in honour of their inaugural veski innovation fellow Professor Andrew Holmes’ 2012 Royal Medal. The event, held in the beautiful surrounds of the Gardens at Parliament House, was an opportunity to celebrate another successful year for veski and also a chance to launch of their new brand and website.
A week later, we were at the Ludlow bar for the PRIA end of year celebration. There were a number of highlights including the opportunity to catch up with more than 50 Victorian communicators in one place and talk about another great year. I was also delighted to launch our state event calendar for 2013, which came to guests as beautiful origami creations folded by Chandni Gupta, who has just launched her new company, kishmish moon! Last but not least, the weather was sensational – 30 degrees and sunny!
Thanks so much to Chandni for folding a truckload of calendars into beautiful little origami creations. If you need cards or gift tags for the festive season, check out her website for kishmish moon and purchase them quickly so you don’t miss out!
On Wednesday, we attended a function at Melbourne Olympic Park celebrating the 12.12.12. It was a great evening with wonderful food from all around the world. We caught up with a number of colleagues and celebrated the momentous occasion of 12.12.12. Now it’s a bit of a wait until the next one on 01.01.(21)01.
Until next week, enjoy your end of year celebrations and make sure you keep up with your c-words: champagne, canapés and conversations!!
