And melted cheese sandwiches was the answer....

The Icebergs Dining Room and Bar Penthouse floor degustation expensive $70+ mains restaurant megachef forgotten his name 2 hat eating be seen joint http://www.bestrestaurants.com.au/restaurants/NSW-Sydney-icebergsdiningroomandbar.aspx I believe u can off the menu Meg Ryan style ask for a toasted cheese melty... its $17AUD if I remember... but with inflation... and tipping who knows...
Personally id want hot calabrese in mine...</description>
